Navroz Mubarak, 21 March 2010 and 2011

The Parsis of the Klang Valley and Malacca (and their non-Parsi spouses) did it again. On New Year’s Day, 21 March, Hootoksi organized a dinner at Pa Noshir's apartment. Most of the Klang Valley community as well as Navaz and Keshav from Malacca participated, and it was a most enjoyable evening.

Navaz and Keshav had come up from Malacca. They stayed the night and most of the next day with us. Captain Keshav has recently retired from his director's post at the Malaysian Flying Academy in Malacca. However, seniority doesn't faze him and he's now working on ideas for new enterprises in Malaysia and India.
Keshav (Madhav Krishna) happens to be one of my favourite "Non-Parsi Spouses" so it's always a great pleasure to have them over and to occasionally visit them in their giddy nest 200 feet above the surf of the Malacca Straits.

It's Navroze once more and Parsis from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Malacca, Mumbai and Boca Raton, Miami, with children and many non-Parsi spouses, converged on Noshir and Roshan Pundole's home to celebrate. This year's sumptuous New Year meal was Roshan and Noshir's treat!
Pa Noshir's welcomed everyone by reciting a Dua Tandarosti
